Give DeKalb County
Give DeKalb County is an annual fundraising event that empowers individuals to support nonprofit organizations serving DeKalb County, IL. Donations can be made online at GiveDeKalbCounty.org from midnight to midnight on the giving day.
This event is a powerful way for the DeKalb County Community Foundation to strengthen local philanthropy, increase awareness, and build lasting connections between donors and nonprofits.
To participate, organizations must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits located in or serving DeKalb County, be in good standing with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, and be current members of the DeKalb County Nonprofit Partnership (DCNP).
Give DeKalb County is coordinated by the DeKalb County Nonprofit Partnership, a program of the DeKalb County Community Foundation. Through previous giving days, more than $15 million has been raised for participating nonprofit organizations.
Each year, a Bonus Pool is created, and every donation made during Give DeKalb County is enhanced by a percentage of these funds. The Bonus Pool is made possible through the generous support of Community Partners.
Local Media Sponsors play a key role in raising awareness for Give DeKalb County. Their contributions to marketing and communication are crucial, and a full list of Media Sponsors is proudly displayed on the giving page website to acknowledge their support.
