Please join us as we welcome Frank Roberts, DeKalb representative, back to the DeKalb County Community Foundation Board of Directors. Frank previously served on the Board from 2010 to 2018 and returned in 2026. He is a past Board president and currently serves as treasurer.

“I represent DeKalb, and I am grateful for the positive impact the Community Foundation has on the lives of its residents,” Frank said. “I look forward to working with the staff and Board to continue fulfilling the Foundation’s mission.”

Frank was born in Chatham, Ontario, Canada, and has been a DeKalb County resident for most of his life, aside from his college years and early career. He graduated from DePauw University in 1983 with a degree in economics and management.

Frank and his wife have six grown children and seven grandchildren. He enjoys reading and spending time with his family.

The Community Foundation Board of Directors are selected to represent communities throughout DeKalb County. The Board sets policy, formulates strategic planning, and determines priorities in grantmaking. Because of the willingness of these able, effective individuals who donate their time and talents to the ultimate betterment of DeKalb County, the Foundation continues to grow to enhance the quality of life for its citizens.
