As part of our Strategic Action Planning, we invite you to share your feedback through a brief, anonymous survey. Your perspective helps guide how we serve donors, support grantseekers, and strengthen our collective impact across DeKalb County.

• Each survey includes 13 questions and takes just a few minutes to complete.
• Whether you are a DONOR or a GRANTSEEKER your input is important and will help inform future work.

At the end of each survey, you may choose to follow a separate link to indicate your interest in optional, in-person focus group sessions this winter. These sessions will be led by an independent facilitator and offer an opportunity to share more in-depth feedback on a range of topics. Survey responses are anonymous and not connected to focus group sign-ups.
