YEP Alum Update With Brianna Keegan
July 31, 2023Meet Ashley Parks, Youth Engaged in Philanthropy (YEP) alum and a 2020 graduate of Sycamore High School. During her three years in the YEP program, Ashley had many opportunities to embrace philanthropy. Recently, we had a chance for a quick interview to see what she’s up to.
So, where is Ashley now, and did the YEP program have an impact on her life after high school? Let’s find out!
Meet Ashley Parks
Hi! My name is Ashley Parks and I went to Sycamore High School, graduating class of 2020.
(Q) How many years were you in YEP?
Ashley: I was in YEP for three years and served as Membership Chair on the Executive Committee for two years.
(Q) Where are you now and what are you up to?
Ashley: I am entering my senior year at Loyola University, Chicago, double majoring in global studies and advocacy social change, with a minor in peace conflict and justice studies.
