Spinoso Masters Scholarship Awards $30,000 To DeKalb County Graduates

The DeKalb County Community Foundation proudly announces that the Spinoso Masters Scholarship selection committee has chosen five individuals to receive a total of $30,000 to use toward masters level education. The award winners are Veronica Behrens, Lydia Moore, Morgan Latimer, Blair Wright, and Shelby Wood.
Spinoso Masters Scholarship recipients must be past graduates of a high school located in DeKalb County and enrolled in a post-undergraduate institution working toward a masters or higher degree in any field of study.
“The five recipients were chosen from over 20 eligible and worthy applicants,” stated Becky Zantout, from the DeKalb County Community Foundation, and added that the recipients chosen demonstrated exceptional achievement during their educational endeavors.
The Spinosos are long-time residents of DeKalb County and pleased to support this scholarship fund at the Community Foundation. Each year, the scholarship selection committee members are impressed by the talented graduates of DeKalb County schools.
